This website is operated by Blue Toad Publishing. Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Blue Toad Publishing.

By visiting our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Products purchased directly through this website are digital PDF ebooks. No physical product will be shipped.

After successful payment, access to the purchased files is provided digitally. Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address and using a device and PDF reader capable of opening the files.

Unless otherwise stated, each purchase allows up to five download attempts. If you experience a genuine problem accessing your files, please contact info@bluetoadprint.com.

  1. PERSONAL LICENCE

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the ebook as a personal visual reference.

The books may be used for personal study, drawing practice and as inspiration when developing your own original work. You may not copy, reproduce, share, upload, distribute, resell or commercially publish the ebook, its pages or substantial parts of its content.

The digital file may not be shared with other people, studios, groups or online platforms. Each user must purchase their own copy.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All ebooks, illustrations, designs, text, branding, website content and other materials made available by Blue Toad Publishing are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing an ebook does not transfer ownership of its copyright or intellectual property rights to the customer. All rights not expressly granted remain with Blue Toad Publishing or the respective rights holder.

  1. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price shown during checkout is the price that applies to your order. Applicable taxes will be displayed during checkout where required.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors or misuse of our website.

  1. REFUNDS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Because our digital products are supplied immediately, purchases are generally final once the download link has been provided or the download has begun.

By purchasing digital content and requesting immediate access, you expressly consent to delivery beginning immediately and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

If a file is incorrect, defective, corrupted or cannot be accessed, please contact us. We will first provide assistance or a working replacement. Further information is available in our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

  1. PRINTED BOOKS AND AMAZON

Printed books displayed on our website are sold and fulfilled through Amazon. Purchases made through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s own terms, delivery conditions and return policies.

Blue Toad Publishing does not directly process payments, shipping, returns or refunds for printed books purchased through Amazon.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, digital delivery and website functionality. Your use of those services may also be subject to the respective provider’s terms and privacy policies.

Our website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of websites operated by third parties.

  1. ACCURACY AND AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur depending on your device and screen settings.

We may correct errors, update information, change prices or discontinue products when necessary. This does not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where an obvious error has occurred.

  1. LIABILITY

Our books are provided as visual reference and educational material. We do not guarantee particular creative, educational or professional results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Toad Publishing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our website or digital products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Personal information collected through our website is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may process information where necessary to operate the store, complete payments and deliver purchases.
